Classes I am taking this semester
In the past I have worked many different jobs over the years. The first job I ever had was going door to door for Mr. Gatti’s handing out coupons, that job lasted about as long as it took me to get tired of being chased out of yards by dogs. The second job in my resume was working for Central Market as a parking lot attendant, basically that meant I collected the shopping carts that people failed to bring back to the store (all in all it paid decent and was a good workout). The next job I had was as a cashier for World Market, lets just say I didn’t like the standing around, so I quit when I found a good excuse. After that I quickly got a job at Royal Touch Dry Cleaners working as a clothes sorter, which meant I sorted and bagged the clean clothes. I was working with family friends and it was a cool experience. After that summer of hard work I decided to try to get a job working in a field I was more interested in. This became reality when I got a job with Redeemer Lutheran Church Child Care Ministries. In fact I have spent my last two summers working at Redeemer and would not trade it for the world.
My first summer at Redeemer I co-led the kinder garden class. This meant I was responsible for designing lesson plans and activities, upkeep of the room and our centers, discipline, and normal care activities.
